Transfer Funds
As a Fidelity Bank customer you may transfer funds from any of your eligible Fidelity Bank accounts to another Fidelity Bank account in person at one of our convenient branch locations, by contacting us at 404.248.LION (5466) or toll free at 888.248.LION (5466) or through your online banking account. Stop Payment
Stop Payments occur when an account holder instructs his or her financial institution not to honor a payment. Stop payments are only issued after a check has been delivered, but before the receiving party has cashed the check. To stop payment on a payment to a third party company you must contact Fidelity Bank directly within 24 hours of entering the payment. You may request a stop payment in following ways:
- Online: To submit a stop payment request online, you must log into your online profile, select the account for which the stop payment is being requested, selecting Other Services and clicking on Stop Payment. Upon completion of the request and by clicking submit, the stop payment request will be valid for 12 months. The stop payment charge for each payment request is $22.00 for online requests.
- Automated Banking: To submit a stop payment through our automated phone system, call us at 888.248.LION (5466) and follow the prompts to place a stop payment on a transaction for 12 months through the automated system. The charge is $22.00.
- Fidelity Bank branch: To submit a stop payment request in person, visit any of our convenient branch locations. If you fill out and sign the stop payment request with one of our Fidelity Bank employees, the charge is $29.00.
- Telephone Banking: To submit a stop payment request with a customer care representative, call us at 888.248.LION (5466). By speaking with one of our representatives, a temporary hold will be placed on a transaction for 14 days. The charge is $29.00. To extend the hold from 14 days to 12 months, we will send you a stop payment request form, which can be mailed or faxed back to us at no additional charge. You may also bring the completed form into one of our convenient branch locations.
Pay Your Bills Online
Save time and money by paying your bills online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with Bill Pay. Any bill payments you make or authorize will be deducted from your designated funding Account at the time the payment is processed. You may make Bill Payments to an unlimited number of payees. Every Bill Payment must be payable in U.S. dollars and made payable to a payee located in the United States.
